Tokyo is the capital of Japan and one of the largest cities in the world. At one point, Grace Cahill visited Tokyo with her cat, Saladin, and sent William McIntyre a coded message. Phoenix Wizard, Jonah Wizard's cousin, was kidnapped by Vespers at one of Jonah's shows in Tokyo.

The tungsten swords Rufus and Remus, found in Fidelio Racco's mansion, were forged in Tokyo.

Tokyo is home to a replica of the Globe Theatre, as well as a hotel owned by Bartu Yilmaz.

The Tomas branch has a stronghold in Tokyo, and Tomas leaders selected Tokyo as the host of the 1964 and 2020 Summer Olympics, possibly due to rumors of a Clue or other Cahill activity in the area.
