The Hague
The Hague is a city in the Netherlands and a Madrigal stronghold. The city is most notably the home of the International Court of Justice, a branch of the United Nations, designed to settle issues of international law. Former Ekaterina leader Bae Oh was convicted and imprisoned in The Hague for the murder of his brother, Gordon.
