The Ekat stronghold
For centuries, the Lucians were the only Cahills in Russia. The Ekaterinas knew someone needed to balance Lucian power in the region, so they established a secret stronghold in St. Petersburg. The building is disguised as an apartment complex and is currently occupied by the Chernovas, a family of high ranking Ekat agents. The high-security vault inside has stored a number of priceless items, including a stolen Tomas Clue--a gem cut from the same stone as the legendary Hope Diamond.
