Sandy is a publicist who worked for Jonah Wizard. She was responsible for granting Jonah's requests and making sure he was in the right places at the right times. She has a strict personality, and appears stressed when Jonah and his bodyguard Hamilton Holt leave a movie premiere at the beginning of Nathaniel Hartford's attack on the Cahill family leadership.
