A map of Roanoke Colony
Roanoke was a colony in present-day North Carolina in the United States, notorious for the disappearance of all the colonists living there one winter. The colony was founded by Janus Clue hunter Sir Walter Raleigh as a hiding place for the Lucian Clue Salt, which he had stolen from the Lucian stronghold at the Tower of London. However, Lucians discovered the theft and sailed to Roanoke and took their Clue back, destroying the colony.
According to The Black Book of Buried Secrets, Roanoke is currently still in use as a Janus stronghold.
