Mrs. Penobscot is an owner of Penobscot Agricultural Aviation, a crop dusting company in Maine. She, along with her husband Floyd, were given tickets to a cruise (under the guise of a contest) by Cahill operatives. While the couple were away, Amy Cahill and Jake Rosenbloom commandeered a Penobscot plane, Roslyn, and flew it to Pierce Landing to combat J. Rutherford Pierce.
