Mrs. Davenport was an English woman who lived during World War I. She was a prominent member of the Lucian branch of the Cahill family (either by blood or marriage), as her husband, Winthrop was on the Lucian leadership council. Mrs. Davenport was a prim and proper English lady, dressing fancifully and behaving in a posh manner, with a touch of vanity. She was protective of her younger son, Rupert, but was delighted to hear of her older son Albert's military exploits. Like most Cahills at the time, she was frightened of Madrigals, and gasped when she heard that Albert had spotted one.
