Herbert Malusi is an agent for the Tomas branch of the Cahill family. He was in charge of the Tomas stronghold in South Africa, but was demoted (and possibly injured) by branch leader Ivan Kleister after allowing Team Seven to steal the Clue, Aloe, hidden there.
