Colonel Bullsworth, nicknamed The Bull, was an English military officer who commanded a regiment of men during World War I. Bullsworth was a rather small man, with pink cheeks and white-blond hair, who Rupert Davenport thought of as looking like a piglet. He sent Rupert on a mission to deliver a message to Captain McIntyre.
Bullsworth was under the command of Brigadier-General Keswith, and commanded Rupert and Major Thompson.
