Bosnia and Herzegovina is a nation in eastern Europe. Its capital, Sarajevo, was the location of the assassination of Janus Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria by Lucian agent Gavrilo Princip, beginning World War I.

Sarajevo was later chosen as the host city for the 1984 Winter Olympics (though, at the time, Bosnia and Herzegovina was part of a larger nation, Yugoslavia). Tomas leadership likely chose the site due to a belief in hints towards a Clue or other Cahill activity in the region, possibly the Clue Mercury hidden in neighboring Croatia. It is currently unknown if Tomas agents are still active in Sarajevo or other parts of the country.
