Alessandro Cagliostro was the alias of Giuseppe Balsamo, a Janus Italian occultist.

History[]

Very few things are known of Balsamo, other than his seeming interest in the French Crown Jewels. He was copying dresses and training others to imitate Maria Antoinette when his wife betrayed him to Spanish Authorities. The Pope sent Balsamo to a life sentence, where he died.
