Yes, Shatterproof is probably the best 39 Clues book there is
Generally the series seems to have finished on the wrong foot for most readers. What with Trust No-One being the abomination that it is. And what do you mean what happened to Fiske? I don't see any real character changes in him. Plot definitely could have been better.... and they ruined Vesper One completely. But it was not a bad book, it just was not perfect
As I have re looked at this book a few times, my opinions have changed slightly. I no longer think its even close to a 10/10 (maybe a 7.5) but it still is a good book, and most of what I said here holds up =P and yes... Trust No One was REALLY bad
The recipie has not, and like I said before, the branches don't know what has been happening with the serum since The Madrigals took it
Thats real life though. Even if the Branches fear the Madrigals and their power. Even if they SEEM to have stopped hunting for the clues. They have not. The branches have spent their entire existence hunting for the clues. As long as the clues exist, they will want them. The ONLY solution is to kill Dan, everyone who knows even a single clue, and then destroy ALL records of the clues ever existing.. It is the ONLY possible way to end the clues once and for all. Until that happens, the branches will forever yearn for the clues
Lol, I have not read anything from Nowhere to Run except for the Kindle preview. And I plan to keep it that way. Until the book comes out =P
It became futile after the gauntlet. A branch won. The Madrigals have possession of the formula. As Mr McIntyre said, only one thing holds sway with the Cahills; the clues. This means quite a few things. Among them it means that the other branches will not dare cross the madrigals. They have possession of the serum.
You must have skipped over a part in the book, The hostages NEVER WERE in the Black Forest. That was a lie that Vesper One (Martin Holds) told them. They were always in the US
Dan has ALWAYS been that loner, all he has is his sister and it should stay that way. One thing that makes this series great is the deep bond between Dan and Amy. Amy's love triangle (10 bucks that one of the authors knows Stephenie Meyers well) was a MASSIVE distraction from the series as a whole, took her character some places she probably shouldn't have gone, and was a distraction from her relationship with Dan. Giving Dan a girlfriend would just be a crappy story arc for him and just attach Dan to something that he does not need to be, we saw from Cahills Vs Vespers that he is willing to sacrifice himself for the good of the world, a girlfriend would bind him and keep him away from doing very emotional things like that
Hopefully thats metaphoric.... We don't need them to go all Cersei and Jaime on us and produce another insane kid named jeffery
Nellie is NOT Asian....
^ I'd like to see them dea with a Vesper One who is a complete physco. Someone like the Joker, who does vile, cruel and horrific things for the fun. Someone who just wants to hurt people rather than accomplish something.
First of all I wonder which book you are talking about,
Secondly go buy the books yourself, or borrow it from the library if you really can't afford them
